Damn.. can't believe how this year has gone by. I feel as if time itself has been storming around me, just giving me a brief break now...
I was briefly amazed at all that I've managed to paint earlier this year.. I had forgotten some, and thought that some was painted much earlier (no logic in those thoughts, lol). Anywho, let's see what happened:
Spring: Still influenced and inspired by others to do fanart, which was more refreshing than I'd imagined. Should do it more maybe. o.o
Summer: Less and less time went to painting as I got swept in on our game project full-time (even more focused than in the school studies, heh...)
Fall/Winter: School literally eating me up. I also began partaking a huge lot more in the student life, trying to be social (which I was barely at all during the whole first year) as well as helping with the student union and welcoming the new students. Barely had any time here at all, as I was working overtime a lot at the school in order to do well with all course-work and deadlines.
Also had several game project going on: First the internet one which I soon felt that I could not satisfy myself nor their demands and thus left it, the second where we did a smaller browser game for a school project, and towards the summer an RTS project that has now been somewhat abandoned until further notice.
To those curious; I've begun a new game engine project, as well as begun trying to start-up a new game project. The two are separate in the way that the first project is more of a long-term programming project, more for learning (and wishful thinking, heh), while the latter is an attempt to get good designs flowing, since that is the basis for all development, and considering last summer's work it is in dire need before I will lay any more time at all on developing an individual game.
Oh, and hopefully I will be trying to get back into art again soon, perhaps with some 3D or animation too (wishful thinking again XD)!
Daww, this means i've only known you six months, but an amazing time, all stunning and great choices. Your summer inspiration seems to be your greatest
